23 5 0铝箔轧机工作辊止推轴承频繁发生短寿烧损事故 ,轧机被迫降速运行 ,严重困扰着企业生产。采用全新直接测量轴向力方案 ,对 2 3 5 0铝箔轧机工作辊轴向力大小、作用方向及其周向分布进行全面测量 ,并对测试结果和轴承短寿问题进行分析 ,指出轴向力产生原因及其组成部分 ,轴承短寿烧损的主要原因在于轴向力严重偏载和超载。本测试为研究 2 3 5
The accident is always occurred, which is that work roll End Thrust Bearing of 2350 Aluminium Foil Mill has shorter longevity and is often burnt. It results that mill has to run at lower speed and the productivity of enterprise is disturbed seriously. A new method which can directly measure axial force has been given. By the method, it is fully measured that the value, direction of action and distribution along circumference of work roll End Thrust Bearing of 2350 Aluminium Foil Mill. The test result and the problem of shorter longevity of end thrust bearing have been analyzed. It is given that the reason which axial force occurs and constituent. Test result shows that the reason that bearing has shorter longevity and is burnt is that axial force is un-uniform and overload. The test provides important practical proof for studying the problem of prolong longevity and stopping burning about work roll End Thrust Bearing of 2350 Aluminium Foil Mill.
