摘要
用计算机仿真技术,通过抗热变形干扰的LabVIEW虚拟仪器轴向力测试系统,确定端盖压头(传感器)应变片的抗热变形干扰粘贴位置,使轴向力测试系统动态显示轴向力的作用方向、大小、及其波动情况.本仿真可替代在端盖压头反复试贴应变片及标定的复杂且繁琐的传统人工制作法,还可用虚拟仪器软件代替动态应变仪等硬件,简化测试系统.
To eliminate interference of thermal deformation, a new axial force testing system of virtual instrument based on LabVIEW is designed. The optimum sticking position of strain foil on end cap sensor is founded by computerized simulation. The testing system will only display the direction, magnitude and undulatory dynamic status of axial force accurately. The system can substitute the complicated traditional artificial sensor method that needs to stick strain foils over and overogain and calibrateit, and the software of virtual instrument can take the place of dynamic strain gauge hardware to simplify the test system.
