摘要
通过实测连轧机各机架的振动情况,详细地分析了机架振动产生的原因。提出了缓解机架振动的具体措施,即在工作辊轴承座加装垫片,减少机架与轴承座之间的间隙,减振效果显著。目前此方法广泛地应用于振动的机架。
The vibration of each stand during continuous rolling is measured, the causes affecting the vibration of the stand have been analysed. The method that the work roll chocks are inserted the skims to reduce gap between the chock and the stand has been put in practice. Now it has been widely applied for the stand of the vibration.
