摘要
利用原位末端标记法 (TUNEL )检测并观察骨肉瘤细胞中的凋亡情况及 L SAB免疫组织化学方法检测 Bcl- 2表达和分布。结果显示凋亡细胞检测阳性率为 5 7.14% (32 / 5 6 )。Bcl- 2蛋白表达阳性率为 2 8.5 7% (16 /5 6 )。细胞凋亡与 Bcl- 2的表达呈显著的负相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。细胞凋亡 Bcl- 2蛋白表达与 Enneking临床分期显著相关。认为骨肉瘤细织中存在细胞凋亡现象 ,细胞凋亡减少与 Bcl- 2的表达增加 ,提高了肿瘤的浸润、生长能力。
To study the apoptosis,Bcl-2 expression and their biological significance in osteosatcoma,the apoptotic cells were detected by the TDT mediated dUPT-biotin nick end-labelling(TUNEL)technique.Bcl-2 on coprotein was investigated by using labelled Stteptavidin Biotin(LSAB)immunohistochemical method.Results showed that in 56 cases of osteoscom a tissues,apoptotic bodys were detected in 32(54.17%)cases;Bcl-2 proteins were expressed in 16(28.75%)cases.Bcl-2 protein-positive tate was significantly lowetet in tissued with clinical Enneking stage . than that of with clinical Enneking stage .This suggested apoptosis and telated genes-bcl-2 may play a significant tole in the course of the developmenting of osteosatcoma.
