摘要
目的 研究侵袭性骨肿瘤细胞凋亡及P53、P16、BcL - 2的表达的情况 ,并初步探讨其临床及生物学意义。方法 采用原位DNA末端标记法及免疫组化方法检测 6种共 12 3例侵袭性骨肿瘤中细胞凋亡及P53、P16、BcL - 2的表达情况 ,并统计其阳性反应率。结果 发现在几种骨肿瘤中P53、P16表达较普遍。BcL - 2的表达仅见于部分恶性肿瘤病例 ,良性肿瘤不表达。恶性骨肿瘤P53和BcL - 2基因蛋白表达阳性率均高于良性肿瘤 ,差异有显著的意义 (P值 <0 0 1)。恶性骨肿瘤细胞凋亡及P16基因蛋白表达阳性率均低于良性肿瘤 ,差异有显著的意义 (P值 <0 0 1)。结论 细胞凋亡及相关基因P53、P16的异常活动在骨肿瘤的发生、发展过程中可能起着相当重要的作用 ,而BcL - 2的表达可作为良、恶性骨肿瘤鉴别的一个参考指征。
Objective: To determine the expression of apoptosis, P53,P16 and BcL-2 in the aggressive bone tumors. Methods: A series of 123 aggressive bone tumors were analyzed for the expression of P53, P16 and BcL-2 by immunohistochemical technique. The indexes of apoptosis, P53, P16 and BcL-2 were the percentage of apoptosis cells or P53, P16 and BcL-2 positive cells respectively. Results: It was found the expressions of apoptosis, P53 and P16 were quite common in bone tumors. The positive rate of P53, P16 and BcL-2 expression in the malignant bone tumors was higher than that in the benign bone tumors. The positive rate of apoptosis and BcL-2 expression in the malignant bone tumors was lower than that in the benign bone tumors. Conclusion: The abnormal activities of the apoptosis, P53 and P16 might play an important role in the course of the development of the bone tumors. The expression situation of the BcL-2 may be used to distinguish the malignant and benign bone tumors.
