摘要
目的 研究侵袭性骨肿瘤细胞凋亡及p5 3、p2 1、BcL 2的表达情况 ,并初步探讨其临床及生物学意义。方法 采用原位DNA末端标记法及免疫组化方法检测了 6种共 12 3例侵袭性骨肿瘤中细胞凋亡及p5 3、p2 1、BcL 2的表达情况 ,并统计其阳性反应率。结果 发现在几种骨肿瘤中p5 3、p2 1表达较普遍。BcL 2的表达仅见于部分恶性肿瘤病例 ,良性肿瘤不表达。恶性骨肿瘤p5 3、p2 1、和BcL 2基因蛋白表达阳性率均高于良性肿瘤 ,差异有显著意义(P <0 .0 1)。恶性骨肿瘤细胞凋亡阳性率均低于良性肿瘤 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 细胞凋亡及相关基因p5 3、p2 1的异常活动在骨肿瘤的发生、发展过程中可能起着相当重要的作用。而BcL 2的表达可作为良。
Objective To determine the expression of apoptosis, p53, p21 and BcL 2 in the aggressive bone tumors. Methods A series of 123 aggressive bone tumors were analyzed for the expression of apoptosis by 3 end labeling method of DNA in tissue section, and the expression of p53,p21 and BcL 2 by immunohistochemical technique. The indexes of apoptosis, p53, p21 and BcL 2 were respectively the percentages of apoptosis cells or p53, p21 and BcL 2 positive cells.Results It was found that the expressions of apoptosis, p53 and p21 were quite common in the bone tumors. The positive rate of the p53, p21 and BcL 2 expression in the malignant bone tumors were significantly higher than that in the benign bone tumors( P <0.01). The positive rate of the apoptosis expression in the malignant bone tumors were significantly lower than that in the benign bone tumors( P <0.01).Conclusion The abnormal activities of the apoptosis, p53 and p21 play an important role in the course of the development of the bone tumors. Additionally, the expression situation of the BcL 2 may be used to distinguish the malignant and the benign bone tumors.
