摘要
众所周知,任何修复过程都伴有血管的变化。采用碱性磷酸酶组化法及CD34组化法已成功地显示了瘢痕中微血管构筑,无论从瘢痕的临床表现、瘢痕的超微结构,还是治疗机制、手术时机的选择及治疗效果的观察上,无不与瘢痕的微血管构筑有关。
It is well -known that all repairing c ourses accompany with the change of v asculoarchitecture.Immunohistoh emistry“the CD 34 antibodystaining method and alkaline phosphatase histotogicalchlchemistry had been well applicated on the microvasculoarchitecture of the human scar.The microvasculoarchitecture of the human scar relate s to the clinical symptom,supermicrostructure,treatment mecha-nism,operation opportunity selection an d the treatment result of the scar.
