摘要
目的 探讨血浆和房水内皮素－ｌ（ＥＴ－１），白细胞介素－８（ＩＬ－８）在人工晶状体植入术后动态变化的临床意义。方法 对２４例晶状体囊外摘出后房型人工晶状体植入术后家兔和２４只正常家兔进行血浆和房水ＥＴ－ｌ，ＩＬ－８测定，检测方法为放射免疫测定。结果 ２４例术后均呈高内皮素及高ＩＬ－８血症，同时房水 ＥＴ－１， ＩＬ－８升高，且与术后恢复情况相关。结论 血浆和房水ＥＴ－ｌ，ＩＬ－８在晶状体囊外摘出、人工晶状体植入术后发生动态变化，与手术刺激有关，可作为监测术后恢复情况，估计病人预后及转归的实验室指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of endothelin-l (ET-1) and interleukin-8 change in rabbits after lens extracapsular extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods The levels of serum ET-l and IL-8 were determined by radioimmunoassy in 24 rabbits which underwent the operation and in 24 normal rabbits. Results All rabbits had high levels of ET-l and IL-8 in serum and aqueous humor and the levels in the operation group were higher than those in normal group,the levels in operation group were related to postoperative condition. Conclusion The variation of the concentration of ET-l and IL-8 is related with the stimulation of surgery performance, it is valuable to adjust the postoperative recovery.
