摘要
目的探讨高度近视眼患者白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗的临床疗效。方法36例46眼高度近视眼患者白内障采用超声乳化白内障摘出+人工晶体状植入术。结果术后矫正视力>0.243眼(93.5%),≥0.529眼(63.0%);术中无后囊膜破裂;术后角膜水肿3眼,一次性高眼压1眼,后发性白内障2眼;术后发现黄斑变性和眼底出血3眼;无视网膜和脉络膜脱离患者。结论超声乳化白内障摘出+人工晶状体植入术是治疗高度近视眼患者白内障安全、有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate clinical results of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for cataract with high myopia. Methods 46 eyes of cataract with high myopia were treated by phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Results The best corrected visual acuity was better than 0.2 in 43 eyes（93.5%） and was 0.5 or more in 29 eyes （63%） after the treatment. Posterior capsular rupture didn＇t take place in the course of all operation. Main postoperative complications included 3 eyes of corneal edema,1 eyes of intraoeular hypertension, 2 eyes of after-cataract and 3 eyes of macula hemorrhage. Conclusion Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation is a kind of safe and effective treating method for cataract with high myopia.
