兔眼IOL术后房水及泪液中白介素-8、钙离子的动态变化 被引量:3

The changes of interleukin-8 and Ca^(2+) in tears and aqueous humor after IOL implantion in rabbits

摘要 目的研究晶状体超声乳化人工晶状体植入术(phaco+IOL)及晶状体囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术(ECCE+IOL)术后房水及泪液中白介素8(IL8)、钙离子(Ca2+)动态变化及其临床意义。方法30只青紫蓝家兔,随机分为3组(phaco+IOL组,ECCE+IOL组,正常对照组),每组10只。均为右眼。术后抽取房水和收集泪液。用比色法测定Ca2+,用放射免疫法测定IL8。结果术后房水中IL8活性第3天达高峰(P<0.01),术后第3天Ca2+含量最低(P<0.01)。术后各组泪液中IL8术后第7天达高峰(P<0.01),手术各组泪液中Ca2+在术后第3天达最低(P<0.01)。房水与泪液中Ca2+、IL8水平呈直线正相关(P<0.05).结论IL8、Ca2+参与术后眼内炎症反应,检测泪液中IL8和Ca2+的含量,能推断房水中IL8、Ca2+含量,可作临床病情监测和指导用药的指标。 Objective To study the dynamic change of interleukin-8 and Ca^2+ levels in aqueous humor and tear after phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation, extracapsular lens extraction and intraocular lens implantation, and its clinical value Methods Thirty adult pigmented rabbits were divided into three groups: phacoemulsification group: phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Extracapsular lens extraction group: extracapsular lens extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Normal control group without operation. Aqueous humor samples and tear samples were aspirated postoperatively. Radioimmunoassy was used to detect the presence of interleukin-8. A colorimery was used to detect the levels of Ca^2+ . The data were analyzed statistically. Results Interleukin-8 in the aqueous humor reached their maximum levels in the postoperative 3 day, Ca^2+ in the aqueous humor reached their minimum levels in the postoperative 3 day, interleukin-8 in the tear reached their maximum levels in the postoperative 7 day. The Ca^2+ in the aqueous humor reached their minimum levels in the postoperative 3 days. Levels of interleukin-8, Ca^2+ in the aqueous humor and their levels in the tear are linear correlation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The increases of interleukin-8 levels and the decreases of Ca^2+ levels may play critical roles in the intraocular inflammation response after intraocular lens implantation. The detection of interleukin-8 and Ca^2+ levels in tears can be used to estimate the levels of interleukin-8 and Ca^2+ in aqueous humor, the index can help the doctor judge patient' s condition and treat the disease.
