摘要
该文就龙眼果实采后生理和病理 ,不同品种的耐贮运性 ,采后贮运保鲜技术 (常温贮藏、低温贮藏、气调贮藏、防腐保鲜、辐射、热处理、采后处理工艺流程及质量保证和控制体系建立 )
The advances in the studies of postharvest physiology, postharvest pathology, differing storage and transport characteristics of cultivars, storage and transport technologies for longan fruits under ambient temperature, in cold storage or with controlled atmosphere storage, antiseptics, irradiation, heat treatment, technological process of postharvest treatment, establishment of quality assurance and control system are comprehensively summarized in this paper.
