摘要
龙眼果实不易长期贮藏 .对龙眼果实低温冷藏和速冻贮藏保鲜方法的特点、应用和研究进展进行了阐述 。
Longan fruit is not easy to store for long time. In this paper, characteristic, application and research evolution of cold storage, quick frozen storage on longan fruit were discussed, and the research direction were also brought forward.
