摘要
根据蔗渣包装制品模压的性能与质量的关系 ,分析了胶量、热压温度、时间和压力对蔗渣包装制品模压的物理力学性能的影响。对生产蔗渣包装制品模压工艺做了系统研究 。
In accordance with relation between properties of bagasse molding packaging manufacture and product quality,the effect of resin quantity,hot pressing temperature,hotpressing time and hot pressing pressure on the physical and mechnanical performance of bagasse molding packaging manufacture is analyzed.The article systematically discusses the process of bagasse molding packaging manufacture.Optimum technological parameters are obtained.
