摘要
采用正交试验法,对高密度纤维板产品密度、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂施加量、热压压力、热压温度4因素进行了试验,分析这些因素对产品性能的影响.结果表明:采用密度0.9g/cm3,脲醛树脂与三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合胶,总施胶量为木纤维质量的10%,其中三聚氰胺甲醛树脂占总施胶量的50%,压力5.0MPa,温度180℃的生产工艺。
The effects of product density,Melamine formaldehyde(MF) content,hot pressing pressure and hot pressing temperature on the properties of high density fiberboard were studied by the orthogonal design method.The results show that the optimum technological parameters are 0.9 g/cm 3 product density,10% resin content of which 50% is MF, 5.0 MPa hot pressing pressure and 180℃ hot pressing temperature.
