摘要
折叠纸盒糊盒机可以糊制不同结构的纸盒,上胶方式的选择是糊盒工艺设计中的关键环节,通过对折叠纸盒糊盒机的2种上胶方式进行比较,分别分析了胶轮涂布和胶枪喷胶等2种上胶方式的上胶原理、装置结构和胶量控制原理,指出它们在应用时应注意的事项及对产品产生的影响,以便提高糊盒质量。
The folding and pasting machine can paste the folding cartons of different structure. Choosing of glue methods is the key step of pasting process design. The glue principle, device structure, and control principle of the two glue methods were analysed and the application notes and effects on product quality were indicated through comparision of both folding methods of the folding and pasting machine.
