摘要
目的 :探讨无精症和染色体异常之间的关系 ,并对各种类型的异常进行分析。方法 :对 5 0 0例无精症患者进行外周血淋巴细胞进行培养 ,Giemas染色 ,显微镜检查染色体。结果 :发现异常核型 114例 ,其中性染色体结构、数目异常 95例 ;性反转综合征 1例 ;常染色体结构异常 18例。结论 :无精症患者染色体异常发生率较高 。
Objective:To study the relationship between abnormal karyotype and azoospermia.Methods:Cytogenetic studies have been done on 500 cases with azoospe rm ia. Chromosomal preparations made from peripheral blood lymphocytes were analyze d with conventional GTG and CBG banding techniques. Results: One hundred and fourteen cases of abnormal karyotypes were d iscovered. Among them, there are 95 cases with quantitative or structural abnorm alities of sex chromosom e, 18 cases of autosomal abnormality, and one sex reversal syndrome. Conclusion: The rate of abnormal karyotype is relatively high among the patients with azoospermia. It is necessary to take cytogenetic studies in su ch patients.
