摘要
本文对1例t(10;17)(q24)p11.2)携带者精子单倍染色体进行了观察,共分析13组单倍染色体,并与国外已有报道的结果作比较。
Sperm chromosomes of one balance chromosome translocation carrier were surveyed. Thirteen sperm chromosome groups were analysed. No-balance translocation was 50 per cent. Banlance and normal chromosomes were 50 per cent. There were two abnormal chromosome groups disrelated to translocation. The results were campared with those reported in literature.
