摘要
通过水力学模型试验,研究了中间包内的流场和流动分布。研究表明:现场中间包内型结构欠合理。试验通过在中间包模型内加设V型挡墙,并调整挡墙上开孔的数量、大小、倾角和位置来控制流体流动的方式,从而使流场得以改善,满足生产实际要求,保证了连铸机的正常操作和铸坯质量。
By means of hydraulic model, the fluid flow and its flow area ratioin tundish are studied. It indicates that the internal profile in testing ground is not good enough. The fluid flow in tundish is improved when the feasible quantity and size and angle and place of opening on 'V'word-walls are set up, which meets product line and assures work of continuous casting and quality of continuous cast billet.
