摘要
广钢中间包采用三流和入流非对称布置的结构,生产中钢水流动不稳定,温度不均匀.利用等温和非等温水模型分析了几种流动控制方案.模拟实验发现,采用带导流孔的V型堰板,可使1流和3流之间钢水平均停留时间差减少58.1%,温度差减少81.6%,死区由23.2%减至8.3%.
A continuous casting tundish in a steel plant is constructed with nozzles for 3strand asymmetrical configuration, and the flow pattern and temperature of molten steel varysignificantly different among 3 strand nozzles. With the isothermal and non-isothermal watermodeling, several flow control designs were investigated. By using the design proposed in thepresent work, it was observed that the difference of molten steel average residence time between1st and 3rd strands was decreased by 58.1%, the temperature difference reduced by 81.6%, andthe dead zone volume of the tundish dropped from 23.2% to 8.3%.
