摘要
针对多流中间包死区体积难于计算的问题，提出一个全流量模型，并用该模型计算了广州钢厂三流中间包的死区体积。实验中发现用热态水模模拟高温钢水流动过程时，由于介质水的电导率随温度变化，从模型直接测得的ＲＴＤ曲线应根据试验过程的温度进行修正。
A full model is presented for calculating the dead region in multi-strand tundidsh and is successfully applied to calculate dead region in three-strand tundish in guangzhou steel plant.It is also discussed that the data measured from water model for plotting RTD at non-isothermal case should be revised according to test temperature because of the Depend ence of conductivity of media water on temperature.
