摘要
通过在中间包内砌筑墙和坝,改变中间包内钢水的流动状态,对安阳钢铁集团有限责任公司六流方坯中间包内部结构进行优化设计,建立良好的中间包流场和温度场,解决了该厂连铸生产过程中的漏钢、套眼等问题,为降低钢水过热度、提高钢水可浇性、促进夹杂物上浮及开发新产品奠定了基础。
The dams and weirs have been built in tundish to change the flowing state of liquid steel in tundish of AISC. Perfect flowing state and temperature of liquid steel in tundish for six-trand billet were obtained by optimum design of internal structure, the problems of the breakout and nozzle clogging were solved. The research will lay the basis for reducing superheat degree of liquid steel, improve the performance of casting and promote the floating of inclusion and the development of new product.
