摘要
目的 :探讨膀胱移行细胞癌 (BTCC)组织中胶原蛋白Ⅳ (ColⅣ )和层粘连蛋白 (LN)的表达及其临床意义。材料和方法 :应用免疫组织化学S P法检测 5 2例BTCC和 9例正常膀胱组织中ColⅣ和LN抗原。结果 :ColⅣ和LN在正常组织基底膜中的表达高于BTCC(P <0 .0 1) ,与肿瘤的分期、分级呈负相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与肿瘤的复发性亦成负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :基底膜的破坏在BTCC的侵袭和转移过程中起重要作用 。
Objective: To determine collagen type Ⅳ(ColⅣ)and laminin(LN) expression in tissues of bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC)and to evaluate its clinical signifcance.Materials and methods:Col Ⅳ and LN exprssion was examined immunohistochemically in 52 BTCC and 9 normal bladder tissues and its clinic value was analyzed.Results: Col Ⅳ and LN expression in normal tissues was higher than in BTCC tissues( P <0.01),it was also inverse correlated to grade( P <0.01),stage( P <0.01)and recurrence( P <0.05).Conclussion: The degration of basement memberane played a great role in invasion and metastasis of BTCC.Col Ⅳ status was able to provide additional useful prognostic information for the behavior of BTCC.
