整合素β1与胶质瘤侵袭性的相关性研究 被引量:5

Correlationship between the integrinβ1 subunit and invasion of human gliomas

摘要 目的探讨整合素 β1在人脑胶质瘤细胞粘附和侵袭过程中的作用。方法用免疫组化SABC法 ,检测整合素 β1在人脑胶质瘤细胞SHG44中的表达 ;用细胞粘附实验检测其在SHG44细胞粘附中的作用。结果整合素β1可在人脑胶质瘤细胞SHG44中表达 ,抗整合素β1抗体可明显抑制人脑胶质瘤细胞SHG44对胶原蛋白I和胶原蛋白IV细胞外基质蛋白的粘附。结论整合素β1在人脑胶质瘤细胞的粘附和侵袭过程中必不可少 ,抑制其在人脑胶质瘤细胞中的表达,有助于阻止胶质瘤细胞的侵袭性生长。 Aim To explore the effects of integrin β1 on the mechanism of adhesion and invasion of glioma cell line. Methods The integrin β1 subunit expression in glioma cell line SHG44 was examined with SABC immunohistochemical staining. The role of integrin β1 in the adhesion of glioma cell SHG44 to collagen I and IV was observed with cell adhesion test. Results There was the integrin expression in glioma cell line SHG44; Anti integrin β1 antibody could inhibit the adhesion of glioma cell SHG44 to collagens I and IV. Conclusion Integrinβ1 subunit plays an important role in the adhesion and invasion of glioma cells. The inhibition of integrin β1 subunit expression in glioma cells may help to prevent the invasive growth of glioma cells.
