摘要
目的 研究血清透明质酸 (Hyaluronic Acid,HA)、层粘蛋白 (L aminin,L N)对肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 采用放射免疫法测定 6 7例恶性肿瘤、16例良性肿瘤、2 1例正常对照者。数据均用 x± s表示 ,以正常人 x+ s作为上限计算阳性率。结果 恶性肿瘤患者的 HA、L N含量增多显著高于正常对照组及良性肿瘤 (P<0 .0 1) ,正常对照组与良性肿瘤间没有明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 HA和 L N是较好的指标 ,有助于诊断肿瘤。
Objective: To study the diagnostic value of serum hyaluronic acid and laminin in cancer. Methods:serum hyaluronic acid and laminin were measured with radioimmunoassay in 67 patients with advanced cancer,16 patients with benign disease and 21 healthy subjects. Results were expressed by ±s,+s of control serum hyaluronic acid and laminin were taken as upper limit to determine the positive rates.Results:The levels of both hyaluronic acid and laminin were significantly higher in advanced cancer patients than those in healthy controls and benign disease patients(P<0.01).There was no difference between healthy controls and benign disease patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hyaluronic acid and laminin are beneficial markers in diagnosing cancer.
