摘要
本文使用日本日立高速自动氨基酸分析仪,对48个小麦品种籽粒中16种氨基酸的含量进行了测定,并对这些氨基酸的遗传变异、环境变异、遗传力、遗传相关和遗传进度等方面作了初步探讨。本文还对有关分析方法存在的问题,以及怎样改进氨基酸的含量以提高小麦的营养品质等作了讨论。研究结果表明,赖氨酸、异亮氨酸的遗传变异小,苏氨酸的环境变异大,苏氨酸、缬氨酸和异亮氨酸的遗传力较低,赖氨酸除与苏氨酸和蛋氨酸无显著相关外,与其它几种氨基酸均表现正相关。
16 Kinds of amino acids of 48 wheat cultivars were determinated by Hitachi-835-50 high speed amino acid analyser,and the research was done in the aspects such as genetic variation and genetic advance.Not only the genetic analysis of amino acids,especially the essential amino acids,was done,but also the existing problems in analysis methods and how to improve the amino acids contents in order to increase the quality of wheat grain were disscussed.The results showed that the genetic variation of lysine and isobucine were low,and the environmental variation of threonine was high,it also showed that lysine was related to the most amino acids except threonine and methionine.
