水稻籽粒形态性状的遗传变异研究 被引量:1

摘要 因水稻籽粒形态与品质有直接关系,与产量构成(如千粒重)有密切的关联,故在培育新品种的过程中设计了此项研究,为亲本组配和选择程序提供一些依据。一、材料和方法(1)试验经过:1980年选用了籽粒大、中,小(含长、宽、厚)三种亲本类型,配成小×小,小×大,大×小,中×大和中×中五个组合类型(原丰早×7055,原丰早×阿宝稻,竹莲矮×7055,桂朝×竹意 B,矮子占×二九青)。1981年作成 B_1和 B_2(回交)。 The inheritance and variation on grain phenotype characters of rice are studied by gene action in this experiment,results express,the epistasis of grain phenotype characters is quite obvious,and heterosis is not stronger.Epistasis components ex- hibit as that the additive gene effect is superior to the dominance gene effect for 100-grain weight and grain volume,inversely,the dominance gene effects of grain lenght,wide and thick are stronger than the additive gene effects,for another grain characters,the additive gene effect and the dominance gene effect may almost be possessed of the same importance.As for genetic recombination and separation, the grain characters show as continuous varitation,its frequency curve presents the normal distribution.Mentioned above,the grain phenotype characters are con- trolled by multigene.
