大豆蛋白质含量和油分含量遗传变异研究

摘要 对9个大豆亲本的18个部分双列杂交组合F_2~F_5各世代平均表现的研究表明:蛋白质含量和油分含量在组合间存在极显著的遗传变异。一般配合力变异极显著而特殊配合力变异多不显著,遗传变异主要是加性影响;世代间变异及组合×世代互作均不显著,世代平均表现在年份内及年份间相对稳定一致;多数组合的蛋白质含量,全部组合的油分含量未表现显性和上位性遗传效应;组合间选择可依据双亲表现或早代平均表现进行。 The generation mean of 18 combinations of a partial diallel cross with nine parentswas analysed.There was a very significant genetic variability of protein and oil contentamong crosses,and the genetic effect was mainly additive.The difference among genera-tions and the interaction between cross and generation were not significant.The correlationamong generations were significant both within a year and among different years.Thegenetic modes showed that there was little evidence for dominance effect and dominance re-lated epistatic effect.The [i] effect was found only in a few crosses for protein content.Seletion among crosses based on the early generation mean or on the mid-parent values see-med to be appropriate.
