河北省侵染红小豆(Phaseolus angulavis wight)的黄瓜花叶病毒的鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 1985年在河北省红小豆主产区红小豆罹病植株上采集了38份标样,从中分离出8502分离物。二年重复鉴定表明,该分离物可以侵染茄科、豆科、藜科等7科31种植物。体外稳定性測定:钝化温度60°—65℃,稀释限点10^(-3)—10^(-4),体外保毒期(室温)1—2天。病毒可通过摩擦接种传毒。并由桃蚜做非持久性传播。该分离物和黄瓜花叶病毒抗血清呈阳性反应。电镜下病毒形态为球状粒体,大小30nm。根据上述性状判断,8502分离物属于黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)。用琼脂双扩散法检测该病毒在田间自然感染率约为12.7%—36%。可以认为黄瓜花叶病毒是红小豆病毒病的主要病毒种类之一。 In 1985, a virus isolate 8502 was obtained from diseased adzuki-bean (Phaseolus angularis) showing mosaic symptom in leaves in commercial fields of Hebei. The host range has been tested by sap inoculation. From 48 species of 13 families tested, 37 species of plant from 7 families were infected. The thermal inactivation point of isolate 8502 lay between 60℃ and 65℃ (10min), the dilution end point was 10^(-3) and 10^(-4), and its longevity in vitro was 1—2 days at 20—25℃. The isolate was readily trasmitted by sap inoculation and by aphids (Myzus persicae) in nonpersistent manner. The isolate could react with antiserum against CMV, and occurred to clear precipitate lineo. The particles of isolate 8502 were isometric, about 30 nm in diameter. According to these characteristies above, the authors considered the isolate 8502 as Cucumber Mosaic Virus (CMV). The percentage of infection of the isolate is from 12.7 to 36 in the commercial fields.
