绿豆(Phaseolus radiatus L.)花粉粒的形成与发育

摘要 绿豆小孢子母细胞来自初生追孢细胞。小孢子母细胞减数分裂过程中的胞质分裂属于同时型。四分体呈四面体排列。成熟花粉粒为2细胞型,在花药内葫发,花药开裂时散出。小孢子母细胞之间,有明显的胞间联丝。小胞子母细胞减数分裂Ⅰ前期的凝线期至减数分裂Ⅰ的中期,普遍观察到小孢子母细胞间染色质胞间转移现象。四分体时期,绒毡层细胞的内切向壁及径向壁解体,部分绒毡层细胞的原生质体向药室内突入。由单核花粉粒到2细胞花粉粒形成初期,均可见到部分绒毡层细胞的原生质体进入药室,形成周原质团,渗入花粉粒之间,但在此过程中,始终有一部分绒毡层细胞保持在原位解体消失。 The microspore mother cells of Phaseolus rediatus L arise from primary sporogenous cell.In the meiosis process of microspore mother cells,the cytokinesis belongs to the simultaneous type. The microspore tetrads are arranged tetrahedrally.The mature pollen grain is 2—celled,germinating in anther chamber and releaseed when the anther chambers dehisce. There are apparent plasmodesma among the microspore mother cells. Intercellular migration of chromatin of microspore mother cells are generally observed from synizesis stage to metaphase of their meiosis I. In the period of tetrad,the inner tangential walls and nadial walls of apetrl cells begin to disintegrate The protoplast some tapetal cells pro- trudes toward the anther chamber. From the uninucleate pollen grain stage to the initial stage of 2— celled pollen grain formation,it may be clearly observed that the protoplast of some tapetal cells enters into anther chamber to form periplasmodium which flows into among pollen grain,and in this process a part of tapetal cells disintegrate in the original position.
