摘要
探索分光光度法测定菜豆(Phaseolus vulgaris)植物凝集素活性的最佳测定条件,分析了56个菜豆品种的植物凝集素活性。结果表明,红细胞悬液浓度2×108个/m L,凝血10 min后测定OD416 nm,为菜豆植物凝集素的最佳测定条件。在该条件下,分析了56个菜豆品种中的植物凝集素活性浓度,旨在为分析菜豆植物凝集素的毒效提供参考。
The optimal detecting lectin activity in Phaseolus vulgaris by spectrophotometry and 56 varieties were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the suitable concentration of red blood cell was 2×108cell / mL, and the best coagulation time was 10 min and detected at 416 nm. The lectin activity concentration of 56 varieties were determined under to the established conditions to provide a reference for the toxic effects analysis of lectin in Phaseolus vulgaris.
