Two thousand and forty accessions of adzuki bean germplasm from all over the country were inoculated in the field to evaluate their resistance to the disease of leaf spot. One resistant variety, 3 medium resistant varieties and 10 tolerant varieties were screened out. But no immune or high resistant variety was found.
