摘要
许多经济学家将企业经营管理列为生产中的第四个要素。在我国社会主义市场经济的发展过程中 ,企业管理变得非常重要。本文对美国经济中的创业经营与创业环境进行了宏观上的总结和初步的分析 ,特别是对企业管理的一些新动向、新观念作了介绍和解释 ,以期对我国现代企业管理机制的建立提供一定的参照。
Entrepreneurship has been regarded as one of the factors of product.In Chinas transition from the planned economy to the socialist market economy,the modernization of business administration is growing on its importance.This thesis has surveyed the fabric of American enalysis of its causes and effects.Some of the new notions are also presented in order to provide some tips for the establishment of Chinas modern structure of business administration.
