如何促进科研成果转化是很多国家都面临的难题，为加快技术创新的商品化，澳大利亚政府制定了创新投资基金计划。
How to promote the transformation of achievements in scientific research is a common problem in many countries. To foster greater commercialization of technological innovation, Australian government announced a program of Innovation Investment Fund which is briefly introduced in this paper.
