摘要
合成了几种不同 Zr、Al原子比的 SO2 -4 / Zr O2 -Al2 O3 复合固体超强酸 ,将其用于催化乳酸与正丁醇的酯化反应 ,均有较好的催化活性 ,尤以 Zr∶ Al=1∶ 2的催化效果最好 ,经济性优于 Zr O2 超强酸催化剂。其最佳反应条件为 :酸醇摩尔比为 1∶ 3 ,催化剂用量为乳酸质量的 1 0 % ,反应时间 2~ 2 .5 h,酯化率达 96.9%。该催化剂具有制备容易、催化活性高、不污染环境。
Composite solid superacid SO 2- 4/ZrO 2 Al 2O 3 in different Zr to Al ratio were prepared and were used as catalyst for n butyl lactate.The best catalyst is the SO 2- 4/ZrO 2 Al 2O 3 in 1∶2 atom ratio of Zr to Al.The optimum conditions are selected as following:the molar ratio of acid to alchol is 1∶3,the weight of catalyst is 10% of the weight of lacate acid and reaction time is 2~2.5h.The esterification rate is 96.9% under these conditions.
