摘要
以四水硫酸锆为催化剂合成了环己酮乙二醇缩酮,并获得了较佳合成条件:环己酮为0.2mol,n(环己酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.5(摩尔比),催化剂用量为1.00g,25mL苯作分水剂,反应时间为2.5h,产率为85.6%.实验结果表明该催化剂具有较高的催化活性,产品纯度可达97.2%(GC分析).
In the presence of Zr(SO_4)_2·4H_2O ,Cyclohexanone was reacted with glyol to form Cyclohexanone glyol ketal(CHGK).The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of Cyclohexanone to glyol was 1∶1.5(mol/mol), the mass of catalyst was 1.00 g,the volume of benzene was 25 mL,the reaction time was 2.5 h (based on 0.2mol Cyclohexanone). The overall yield of CHGK reacted 85.6%.The results of tests showed that the catalyst had higher catalytic activity to the reaction and the purity of product came near to 97.2%(anlysized by GC).
