摘要
以溶液聚合法合成了以 4 [(N ,N 二 β 羟乙基 )氨基 ] 4’ 硝基偶氮苯为染料单体的共聚酯染料 ,通过紫外 可见光谱、核磁共振对共聚酯染料的结构进行了表征。热分析结果表明 ,共聚酯染料具有较好的热稳定性 ,热分解过程主要分两个阶段进行。对共聚酯染料在有机溶剂中的溶解性的研究结果表明 ,共聚酯染料比染料单体耐溶剂萃取性能好。
The copolyester dye bearing azo group is synthesized by solution polycondensation Its structure is characterized by UV VIS,NMR spectra and TG technique The results of thermal analysis show that the copolyester dye possesses excellent thermal stability and the thermal degradation process can be divided into two stages The solubility of copolyester dye in organic solvent is also studied in this paper,which showed that the solvent extraction resistance of copolyester dye is better than that of dye monomer
