摘要
探讨了采用不同浓度的壳聚糖对羊毛处理后染色,染色时壳聚糖浓度、pH值、染色温度、染料浓度等因素对上染百分率、K/S值、固色率的影响。通过正交试验,得出了壳聚糖处理过的羊毛染色的最佳工艺条件为,温度95℃,染色时间40 min,pH值5.0,壳聚糖浓度0.2 g/L。壳聚糖对羊毛有促染作用,但不能简单代替中性盐,同时也为壳聚糖在染色中的应用提供了有价值的理论基础和实验数据。
It discussed wool dyeing by chitosan with different concentrations, then dyed with active dyes. It studied the influence of variables such as chitosan with different concentrations, pH, temperature, concentrartion of dye on the axhaustion rate, K/S value and fixation rate. It obtains the optimun procedure of wool dyeing treated with chitosan. That is, the dyeing temperature is 65 ℃, the dyeing time is 40 minmes,pH value is 5.0, the concentration of chitosan is 0.2 g/L. It includes that chitosan has exhausting function in wool dyeing. But neutral salts does not be displaced with it completely, and the research has provided valuable theory basis and experimental datum for the use of chitiosan in dyeing.
