摘要
合成了 3种不同的染料单体 ,通过溶液共缩聚反应研究了单体活性基团对缩聚反应的影响 .通过紫外 -可见光谱、核磁共振和溶解性试验对聚合型染料的结构和性能进行了表征 ,证明了染料分子与聚合物链的化学键合 .结果表明 ,含单活性基团的染料单体具有封端作用 ,并抑制聚合物的链增长 ,所合成聚合型染料的产率和相对分子质量都较低 ;双活性基团的染料单体可顺利参与溶液共缩聚反应中的链增长过程 ,反应活性与乙二醇相近 ,聚合型染料的产率和粘均分子量都很高 ;活性基团数超过 2的染料单体在共缩聚反应中有交联趋势 。
Three various monomeric dyes were prepared, the effects of the active groups of monomeric dyes on solution copolycondensation reaction were studied. The monomeric dye with mono active group has the effect of termination. The monomeric dye with more than two active group has the tendency of cross linkage. The monomeric dye with two active groups has no negative effect on solution polycondensation reaction. The monomeric and polymeric dyes were characterized by means of UV VIS, NMR and solubility analysis.
