结肠癌nm23-H1和CD_(44)V_6表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨nm2 3 H1和CD4 4 V6在结肠癌发生、发展中的作用及其相互关系。方法 :采用免疫组化S P方法检测 15 2例结肠癌nm2 3 H1和CD4 4 V6的表达。结果 :15 2例结肠癌nm2 3 H1阳性率与淋巴结转移 (P <0 0 5 )、癌组织分化 (P <0 0 1)关系密切 ;CD4 4 V6表达与Dukes分期 (P <0 0 1)、肿瘤浸润深度 (P <0 0 1)、癌组织分化 (P <0 0 5 )及淋巴结转移 (P <0 0 1)密切相关 ;nm2 3 H1和CD4 4 V6表达 ,两者呈负相关 (P <0 0 1) ,CD4 4 V6阳性nm2 3 H1阴性表达的患者淋巴结转移率高于CD4 4 V6阴性nm2 3 H1阳性表达者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :nm2 3 H1和CD4 4 V6在结肠癌中的表达与其发生发展密切相关 ,尤其CD4 4 V6和nm2 3 H1表达在结肠癌转移中起协调作用 。 Objective To explore the effect of nm23 H1,CD 44 V 6,PCNA in the metastasis of colonic carcinoma and the relations among them.Methods The expression of nm23 H1,CD 44 V 6 in 152 cases of colonic carcinomas were studied immunohistochemically.Results Expression of nm23 H1 was significantly correlated with histologic differentiation( P <0 01),and inversely associated with lymph node metastasis in colonic carcinomas( P <0 05).Expression of CD 44 V 6 was colosely related with Dukes stage( P <0 01),invasive extent( P <0 01),histoiogical differentiation( P <0 05) and lymph node metastasis( P <0 01).Expression of nm23 H1 was inversely associated with that of CD 44 V 6( P <0 01).Patients with positive CD 44 V 6 and negative nm23 H1 expression had higher rates of lymph node metastasis than those with negative CD 44 V 6 and positive nm23 H1 expression( P <0 05).Conclusion The expression of nm23 H1,CD 44 V 6 correlated with the development,invasion and metastasis of colonic carcinoma.Specially expressions of nm23 H1 and CD 44 V 6 plays a coordinated role in the lymph node serve as an important indicator of metastasis of colonic carcinoma.
