卡托普利缓释片衍生化紫外分光光度法 被引量:4

On the quantitative of captopril in sustained release tablets by UV spectrophotometry of derivative method

摘要 目的 :测定卡托普利缓释片的含量。方法 :采用 2 ,2′—二硫二吡啶 (2_PDS)作衍生化试剂 ,于 34 3nm波长处测定吸收度 ,与对照品比较求得含量。结果 :回归方程为C(μg/ml) =1 0 85 8+32 2 2 13A ,r =0 9999(n =8) ,卡托普利浓度在 5 4~ 2 3 7(μg/ml)范围内 ,A与C呈线性。平均回收率为 10 0 7% ,RSD为 1 7%。 结论 :该方法准确 ,简便 ,稳定 ,重现性好 。 Objective: To determine the quantitative of Captopril in sustained release tablets. Methods: Useing 2,2'_dithiodpyridine as the derivative reagent, the absorbance of reaction product was determined at the wavelength of maximum absorbance at about 343nm. The contents was obtained compared with reference standard. Results: The regression equation was (μg/ml)=1.0858+32.2213A, the concentration of captopril appeared a linearity curve in the range of 5.4-23.7(ug/ml), r=0.9999(n=8). The recovery rate was 100.7% and RSD 1.7%.Conclusion: The method is simple accurate and stable, its recovery rate is high, and can effectively control the contents of the sustained release tablets.
