摘要
根据卡托普利与醋酸铅反应定量生成沉淀的特点 ,通过用氢化物发生原子吸收法测定沉淀中的铅 ,可间接测定卡托普利的含量。平均回收率 99.8% ,RSD值为 1 .6%
A new method of determination of captopril was developed. The captopril reacted with lead acetate and formed aprecipitate. The amount of lead in the precipitate can be determined by HG AAS, and the captopril was estimated indirectly. The average recovery and relative standard deviation are 99.8%and 1.6%, respectively.
