摘要
目的：建立卡托普利及卡托普利片含量测定方法。方法：以乙醇为溶剂，采用旋光法测定卡托普利及卡托普利片含量。结果：卡托普利在5．0～30mg／ml范围内浓度与旋光度呈良好线性关系，回归方程C=-0．0095＋0．7654X，r=1．0000，平均回收率100．3％，RSD为0．18％（n=9）。结论：本法简便易行，结果准确，可作为卡托普利及卡托普利片的质控方法。
OBJECT To establish a method for determining the content of captopril and captopril tablets. METHODS Used polarimettle analysis and ethanol as solvent. RESULTS The linear range of eaptopril was 5.0 - 30 mg/ml. The regression equation was C = -0. 009 5 ＋0. 765 4 X （r = 1. 000 0）. The average reeovery was 100.3% with the RSD of 0.18%. CONCLUSION The method is eonvenient, aeeurate and reliable. It is therefore suitable for the quality eontrol of captopril and its tablets.
