摘要
目的:建立卡托普利及卡托普利片含量测定方法。方法:以乙醇为溶剂,采用旋光法测定卡托普利及卡托普利片含量。结果:卡托普利在5.0~30mg/ml范围内浓度与旋光度呈良好线性关系,回归方程C=-0.0095+0.7654X,r=1.0000,平均回收率100.3%,RSD为0.18%(n=9)。结论:本法简便易行,结果准确,可作为卡托普利及卡托普利片的质控方法。
OBJECT To establish a method for determining the content of captopril and captopril tablets. METHODS Used polarimettle analysis and ethanol as solvent. RESULTS The linear range of eaptopril was 5.0 - 30 mg/ml. The regression equation was C = -0. 009 5 +0. 765 4 X (r = 1. 000 0). The average reeovery was 100.3% with the RSD of 0.18%. CONCLUSION The method is eonvenient, aeeurate and reliable. It is therefore suitable for the quality eontrol of captopril and its tablets.
