摘要
本文通过对青海省六个地区分离的冬虫夏草菌丝体生长温度的试验结果表明 :冬虫夏草菌株在 10、15、18、2 1、2 5℃ 5个温度梯度下以 15℃下生长最快。可以认为冬虫夏草菌菌丝生长的最适平均温度为 15℃。该菌丝生长最适温度应在 15～ 18℃ ,其中以YSH 4菌株生长最快 ,由于供试的菌株生长的最适温度是各不相同的 ,在 15、18、2
individual mycelium were separated and cultured from six areas in Qinghai province.The results were as follows:The rhizomorph of Hirsutella Hapial growed the most fittest average temperature as 15℃ But the individual mycelium growing speed under 18℃ was close to 15℃,so guessed the individual mycelium had the most fittest average temperature range(15℃～18℃).And different temperature(15℃,18℃,21℃)had different the most fittest individual mycelium.
