摘要
本研究以普通冰箱冷冻室对麦粒菌种进行冷冻保藏 ,其中用生石灰干燥的参试菌种成活率达到10 0 % ,干燥方法和冷冻方法均简便易行 ,因此具有普遍的实用意义。
This research mainly aims to preserve the fungi cultivated in the wheat medium in freezing compartment of refrigerator.The results indicate that after the fungi are properly dried by calcium oxide,the survival rate of the fungi in the experiments even reaches 100 per cent.Obviously,this technology has a universal and valid meaning in that the method involved drying and freezing the sample is simple or available.
