摘要
研究了蛹虫草菌种在不同条件下保藏对其菌丝生长和产量的影响,以寻求适宜的菌种保藏条件。采用10℃/5℃(昼/夜)和15℃/10℃两种变温条件、散射光和黑暗两种光照条件,分别保藏菌种30d和60d的时间,以冰箱(4℃)保藏为对照。结果表明:10℃/5℃保藏时,蛹虫草的菌丝生长和子实体产量优于15℃/10℃及对照保藏;散射光保藏菌落颜色和菌丝气生性及子实体产量好于黑暗保藏;在10℃/5℃温度下,保藏时间对菌丝生长和子实体产量影响不大,可以继续延长保藏时间,在15℃/10℃温度下,不宜超过60d的保藏时间。因此,较适宜的保藏条件是10℃/5℃、散射光、保藏30d,菌株表现为菌落边缘整齐,菌丝气生性中等,菌丝致密,菌落角变面积小,菌丝长速均匀稳定,菌丝干重和子实体产量较高。可见,蛹虫草菌种在较低的常温、有散射光条件下保藏要比保藏在冰箱里效果佳。
The effect of different preservation conditions on myeelial growth and fruit-body yield of C. militaris was studied in order to search for suitable preservation condition. The treatments included 10℃/5℃（day/night）, 15℃/10℃（day/night）, scattering light and dark, thirty and sixty days, and the control of refrigerator preservation. The results showed that the mycelial growth and fruiting-body yield of C. militaris under the condition of 10℃/ 5℃ were better than those under the conditions of 15℃/10℃ and the control. The colony color, aerial hyphae, and fruit-body yield with the treatment of scattering light were also better relative to the dark treatment. Additionally, the preservation time had no distinct effect on the mycelial growth and fruit-body yield under the condition of 10℃/5℃, so the time could be extended. But the maximal preservation time was sixty days under the condition of 15℃/10℃. Therefore, under the appropriate preservation condition of 10℃/5℃, scattering light for thirty days, the performances of strain had the neat colony edge , media aerial hyphae, dense byphae, lower sectorial variation, uniform mycelial growing rate, high dry weight of mycelial and fruit-body yield.
