摘要
本文采用活力指数对石蜡油冰箱保藏和试管冰箱保藏菌种的活力及保藏时间进行研究，结果表明：试管冰箱（０～４℃）保藏的时间为９ａ左右，石蜡油冰箱（０～４℃）保藏的时间在９ａ以上，在第９年石蜡油冰箱保藏菌种活力指数为６７．２，试管冰箱保藏菌种的活力指数为１５．６。
The activities and durations of the cultures preserved by two methods were evaluated. The results showed that the duration of preservation by tube-refrigerator method (0～4℃) was about 9 years and more than 9 years by paroline-refrigerator method (0～4℃).The activing index of the cultures preserved by the second method was 67.2 in the 9th year,and 15.6 by the first methed.It is obvious that the second one is more superior than the first one.
