摘要
矿物粒子 /聚合物复合材料的性能很大程度上决定于二者所形成界面结构 ,矿物粒子的组合可进一步调节和优化材料加工工艺、改善材料的综合性能。综述了近年来国内外有关矿物粒子在聚合物中的分散特征、矿物粒子 /聚合物复合材料的界面相结构以及粒子增强增韧机理方面的基础研究 ,总结了矿物粒子的组合使用与材料性能的密切关系 ,并介绍了典型矿物粒子 /聚合物复合材料应用的最新进展。
The properties of mineral particle/polymer composite materials depend on, in great degree,the interface structure of the two.The combination of mineral particles may further adjust and optimize the material processing technology and improve the comprehensive performances of the materials.The basic research in the dispersion characteristic of mineral particles in polymer,the interface phase structure of particle/polymer composite material and the particle strength and toughness increase mechanisms both in and outside China are reviewed.The close relationship between the application of the mineral particle combination and the material properties is summarised and the latest advance in the typical application of mineral/particlel polymer composite material described.
