摘要
用经二核铝酸酯处理过的L-CaCO_2与聚丙烯(PP)共混,共混物的力学性能和扫描电镜观察均说明这些铝酸酯有显著的隅联作用。以2DH-306作偶联剂,当共混物的L-CaCO_2/PP<25/75时,共混物的冲击强度比PP平均高出10kJ/m^2,比未改性的L-CaCO_2的共混物高出近30kJ/m^2。所用的L-CaCO_3对PP的β-晶有成核作用,二核铝酸酯对此作用有增强的协同效应。共混物PP结晶中的β-晶含量对共混物的断裂伸长率有重大影响。
Three dimeric aluminates, i. e. monoisopropoxytri(diisooctylphosphato) aloxane (2DH-324), monoisopropoxytri (isooctyl, isooctylphosphono) aloxane ( 2DH- 335 ) and monoisopropoxytriolealoxane (2DH-306) have excellent modification on the surfaces of light calcium carbonate (L-CaCO3) and superfine calcium carbonate. The results of mechanical tests and SEM observations show that all the three dimeric aluminates,especially 2DH-306 and 2DH-335,have significant coupling effects in the blends of polypropylene (PP)/L-CaCO3. When the content of L-CaCO3 in the blends is less than 25% by weight,the impact strength on PP/L-CaCOs blends in which 2DH-306 was used as the coupling agent is 10kJ/m2 higher than that of PP and 30kJ/m2 than those of blends without using coupling agent respectively. It was found that the L-CaCO3 used here is cabable of nucleation og the β-crystals of PP and the dimeric aluminates have enhancement cooperation effect on it. The content of β-crystals in the blends is closely related to the fracture elongation ratios of the blends.
