壳/核结构复合分散相对PP/硅灰石/EPDM体系力学性能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 应用共混填充制备了PP/硅灰石/EPDM三元复合物。通过设计界面、控制组分和优化共混工艺得到以EPDM为壳、硅灰石为核的复合分散相。本复合材料具有均衡的力学性能,超高韧性和较好的刚度。文中研究了复合物组分和形态结构对其模量Ec3、屈服强度σyc3、断裂强度σbc3等力学性能的影响。用理论模型对其进行了分析拟合,与实验数据很好符合。结果表明,复合分散相壳层厚度对Ec3变化起到决定性的影响,复合体系表观界面粘结性能对σyc3、σbc3变化起到决定性的影响。 The PP/Wollastonite/EPDM composites with different volume fractions of rubber and filler were prepared by melt extrusion in a twinscrew extruder. The Wollastonite was pretreated by Silane couping agent. The effect of the morphology and structure of the ternary composites on the modulus (Ec3), yielding stress (σyc3) and stress at break (σbc3) in tensile test were investigated. The experimental data of Ec3, σyc3 and σbc3 were fitted and analyzed by theoretical equations. In comparison the experimental results with the theoretical prediction, the shellcore structure dispersed phase was formed, which increased the apparent volume fraction of rubber and decreased the interfacial adhesion as increasing filler volume fraction. The formation of the shellcore structure dispersed phase affected the mechanical property of the composites.
