摘要
研究了乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)和纳米CaCO_3对废旧周转箱再生塑料的增强改性行为,探讨了POE和纳米CaCO_3用量对复合体系力学性能的影响。结果表明,在实验数据范围内,再生料复合体系的冲击强度和断裂伸长率随POE用量增加而提高,而弯曲强度和拉伸强度则呈下降趋势。添加纳米CaCO_3可以提高复合体系的冲击强度、弯曲强度和弹性模量,当CaCO_3用量分别为20份(质量含量,下同)和30份时,冲击强度和弯曲强度分别达到最大值,比未添加CaCO_3时提高了100%和50%;实验还发现,POE弹性体和纳米CaCO_3在再生体系中具有协同增强效果。
The enhancement in mechanical properties of the plastics for recycled turnover-cases through introducing POE and nano CaCO3 was studied. With increasing POE loading, the impact strength and elongation at break increased, the bending and tensile strengths decreased. However, nano CaCO3 improved both impact and bending strengths of the recycled plastics. When the loading of CaCO3 was between 20 phr and 30 phr, the impact and bending strength increased by 100 % and 50 %, respectively, compared with the devoid systems. It was proved that POE elastomer and nano CaCO3 had a synergestic enhancement effects.
